Cambodia (other provinces): 2 to 5 business days

Q2: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our store in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. International shipping starts from $8 depending on your country.

Q3: Is delivery free?
Yes — free delivery anywhere in Cambodia for orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard delivery rates apply. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our website at /track-order using your order number and email address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q7: Can I return or exchange a product?
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer cash refunds — exchanges only.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
Unused and in its original packaging
Returned within 7 days of delivery

If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item: Kabas pays for return shipping.
If you changed your mind: you pay for return shipping.

Q9: Can I exchange food products (pepper, tea, chocolate)?
Food products (pepper, tea, chocolate) can be exchanged if:
The item is sealed and unopened, OR
You received a product with a quality defect
Opened food products cannot be exchanged unless there is a quality issue.
