Article 2 — Scope and Acceptance
By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety. These terms apply to all orders placed on kabasconceptstore.com, regardless of the customer's country of residence.

Article 3 — Products
Kabas Concept Store sells handcrafted and artisanal products made in Cambodia, including souvenirs, jewellery, textiles, and food products.
All products are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. These variations are not considered defects.
Product availability is displayed on each product page. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be notified promptly and offered an alternative or a full refund.

Article 4 — Prices
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Kabas Concept Store reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are billed at the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately at checkout based on the destination country and total weight of the order.

Article 5 — Payment
Kabas Concept Store accepts the following payment methods:

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
All transactions are processed securely. Kabas Concept Store does not store any payment card information. Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.

Article 6 — Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes acceptance of the order by Kabas Concept Store.
Kabas Concept Store reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. The customer will be informed immediately and fully refunded if applicable.

Article 7 — Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. All international shipments are sent via Cambodia Post EMS (Express Mail Service).
Estimated delivery times:
Southeast Asia — 5 to 7 days
Europe — 8 to 12 days
Canada — 8 to 11 days
Australia — 10 to 12 days
Rest of the world — 10 to 30 days
A tracking number is sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
Kabas Concept Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, force majeure).

Article 8 — Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
If a parcel is refused or unclaimed due to customs fees, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.

Article 9 — Returns and Exchanges
Kabas Concept Store accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be in its original, unused condition
The item must be in its original packaging
The customer must contact us at kabasconceptstore@gmail.com or via WhatsApp before returning any item
Refunds are issued in the form of a store voucher (store credit), valid for future purchases on kabasconceptstore.com. No cash refunds are provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Article 10 — Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, customers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify Kabas Concept Store in writing at kabasconceptstore@gmail.com within the 14-day period. The item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a store voucher will be issued for the value of the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Article 11 — Defective or Incorrect Items
If a customer receives a defective or incorrect item, they must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Kabas Concept Store will arrange for a replacement or issue a store voucher for the full value of the affected item, including return shipping costs where applicable.

Article 12 — Liability
Kabas Concept Store makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, Kabas Concept Store cannot be held liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities
Loss or damage to parcels after handover to Cambodia Post

Article 13 — Personal Data
Customer information collected during the ordering process is used solely for order processing and communication purposes. Kabas Concept Store does not sell or share customer data with third parties.
Customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting kabasconceptstore@gmail.com.

Article 14 — Intellectual Property
All content on kabasconceptstore.com (photos, texts, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of Kabas Concept Store and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Article 15 — Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
For customers residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence remain applicable.
