A premium small-batch gin distilled in Cambodia and infused with botanicals sourced from the Mekong region. The recipe blends classic juniper with local Cambodian ingredients including Kampot pepper, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and tropical citrus peel, finished with a touch of golden warmth.
Tasting notes: bright juniper on the nose, followed by warm spice from Kampot pepper, fresh citrus zest and a smooth, slightly sweet finish. Best served chilled, in a classic G&T with tonic and a slice of lime, or as the base of a Mekong-inspired martini.
